My favorite point was when the old hedge f*ck went on live television and told the world the losses would have been “astronomical” if they didn’t shut down the ability to buy…that and a regular guy declaring that he is in fact, not a cat, to a congressional hearing…loved that part!

My favorite part of this journey is how much I've learned from the community. Seeing how to world is intertwined in so many ways is eye-opening. I never thought I'd understand so much about the world, finances, global economics, but here we are!

The sudden realization and the resulting diamond-handed conviction of what's been going on in the markets since the DTCC was formed, all because the buy button was taken away. I suddenly had this feeling that everything was connected. It's like I could see the whole thing, one long chain of events that stretched all the way back before the Sneeze. I felt like I could see everything that happened, and everything that is going to happen. It was like a perfect pattern, laid out in front of me. And I realized we're all part of it, and all trapped by it.

The empowering realization that the current state of the market can only be sustained by blatant manipulation, which will eventually come to an end because GameStop is not going bankrupt. Later on, this perpetual feeling led to a severe "double down" syndrome.

The Gamestop rebellion forever changed my life in a non-monetary way. The criminal market manipulation with the removal of the buy button, billionaires crying on TV, the months of blatant lies regarding investors thoughts and actions, saying that we had "moved on" to other "meme stocks," the continuation of this narrative for over a year, and barely hidden glint of hatred in their eyes when they talk about us, it was perfectly clear that the financial "news" amounted to nothing more than paid pump and dumps. Integrity and honesty were sold long ago. This motivates me still. I wholeheartedly believe in the virtue of decentralized finance now, and have committed to working to build a better, more fair market to help reclaim our economy from the corrupt claws of those who would rather gain by theft than contribute to the improvement of society. This is an historic moment in human history and I am extraordinarily honored and humbled to be a part of it.

Buying 600 shares of GameStop in November 2020. Triple down in January 2021. 5 days later, I make and then lose more money than my family has ever had in the bank. The volatility was more addictive than cocaine.

My favorite memory is getting more understanding regarding TA and the mechanics. Also the crushing feeling that the FTD report is largely ornamental since there are different rules for different users of our markets. Also understanding how big of an impact we individually have against the behemoth institutions.

My story is a little different. I happened upon the reddit info after being in WSB for some time browsing but never taking action. The push to get GME was incredible so on Friday the 22nd I bought an option and watched it quickly gain value. I sold it and was happy about that. Then I really dug into WSB that weekend and saw even more chatter. So come Monday morning I frantically jump into 3 GME options and 5 AMC options. They start to gain quickly so I continue to hold. Tuesday comes and both stocks lose value and all my gains from Monday ($16k) gets wiped out. At this point I'm sick to my stomach. Wednesday morning I tell myself if it goes up I cash out with the $16k I had gained already. Well we know what happened that day. The stock soared and I sold 1 GME contract for $16k. I kept holding the others until GME hit $380. I quickly sold the other 2 GME options for $25k a piece. I was also able to sell the AMC options for $5k. I was on cloud nine. $70k in 3 days. Then I saw it rise afterhours and thought what if? Thursday morning comes around and I watch as the stock gets over $500 premarket. I'm thinking this is going to be a crazy day. Then the fuckery ensues. The buy button is removed and the stocks tanks. I'm mad. How can they do this. Then guilt because I cashed out the day before this. Fast forward to February 24. Quick spike in the stocks again. So I jump back in, this time with shares rather than options. I hadn't done any DD since January thinking the play was over. Then I really dug deeper into this play and really invested. Fast forward to today, all my earnings have been reinvested into the revolution. I hodl XXXX AMC and XXX GME. I brought at least 50 different people into the play and continue to tell others about it. And I will continue to hold until the corruption and greed get replaced with honesty and integrity. And until my fellow apes get what was taken from them last January. #Apesnotleaving

I remember seeing videos on YouTube about the buy button being removed. At that point Gamestop was all over the news. The next day I opened up a brokerage account and waited for my deposit to clear through the weekend. The following week I bought my first 5 shares at $16. Then the price dipped to $12, and I bought more. When it dipped to 8, I bought more. Then it dipped some more, and you guessed it, I bought more. When it went back to $8, I bought even more. Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

Coming out of the fire with diamond hands after buying in at $300 and watching it drop to $40. Using the amazing DD to quench the insane feeling of being moments away from throwing up despite not being drunk. Turning this into a game of deciphering the hidden (or not so hidden) messages of our favorite tweeters. Lol, also love the government sponsored purchases of my favorite companies stock.
