Been away for the past few months. What did I miss?

Seeing multiple halts as GME rockets and then crashes to $40 and then to $150 after hours was the ride of a lifetime. Nothing gets me going like that.

I was brand new to the stock market and got caught HARD in all the hype. Had a meager 7 moon tickets and was super anxious to get more. The raaaaaaaaaage I felt when I learned I couldn't buy more this day last year. These hedgies HAVE to pay for it.

June 2nd i had to put my dog down after 15 yrs of loyal friendship and love. I was also long 500 shares AMC and high strike, low exp options. It was the most emotionally confusing days of my life.

The first senate hearing thing, hours of stuff I never would've ever watched before, Kenny squirming and Keith killing it.

The Tendieman song of course, along with all the degenerate vernacular that I seemed to learn in the space of a few days.

I was sent on an emergency trip over Thanksgiving. I decided to go to an AMC theater after my work day to watch Murder on the Orient Express. It gave me an excuse to turn off my cellphone and ignore all the managers wanting me to give them a status update that evening. Buy and hold!

My favourite memory is during the congressional hearing and as soon as DFV showed up on the screen GME started ripping. It was a great time of supporting retail and our favourite company against big hedge funds.

I remember the day I found GameStop. Had it not been for Gary Whitta raiding my stream a year prior, I would not have followed him on Twitter to see he tweeted about Gamestop rising to $150 last January. Thanks, Gary. Also Rogue One was awesome.

My favorite memory is first, experiencing the buy button being turned off. Secondly, when Mayo man aka Kenneth Griffin and Bulgarian Boy aka Vlad Tenev lied to congress about communicating with each other. We all know the truth and they will pay for it.

My favorite memory is the buy button being taken away when I decided to buy two shares in the upper 200s just to see my investment tank and then loading the fuck up with my meager amount of cash the moment GME broke 50 because I suspected then this event had not yet been resolved

I remember hearing DFV speak to congress and thinking this is not right. I immediately got rid of some of the investment advisors that treated me like I worked for them and had cash transferred into my own account. I started taking control of my own finances for the first time in my life with the utmost conviction and success!

I heard about AMC and GME just before it started in January 2021. I just wanted to make a lot of money quickly, but then the opportunity was taken away from me. I will never forget that.

When a bunch of strangers brought more corruption, cheating and law breaking activities to light in a year than ever before.

Watching government officials dance around the major issues live. Honestly hilarious that they can just ignore everything.

I was already increasing my financial knowledge, but this is the moment it got personal. I realized that the playing field is not only tilted, but that many are playing by a completely different set of rules. For that reason, I HODL. To shed light on the darkness, to hold their feet to the fire, to watch them atone for their fuckery. Thank you Dave for all your support

I rang my GF telling her I have a huge suprise when she comes home to me. The suprise was Im going to be a millionaire. Well, then the button was disabled and no millionaire was awaiting her. I bought AMC for 16 and see it bleed, I still cannot believe they took away the buy button. I was holding 200 shares and was pressured to sell but instead I bbought more and now I Hodl 1318. Never selling until the squeeze, I am ok to loose itall

I’d have to say my fav memory is how GS and the RH shenanigans captivated the world (or maybe just Twitter and Reddit). Just watching it unfold and a regulation being born.
