I've been in AMC since January of 2021 and at that time I had no idea what was really going on and was considering selling my shares until 2 days later my son who is 6 years old came across Bossblunts YouTube and came to me one day while I was cooking and says "mom we have AMC stock right?" "Do you know we're gonna be so fucking rich." And from that day forward I've always watched him and then started doing my DD to realize what was really going on. My son absolutely loves being involved in this and if it wasn't for him coming across Bosses channel I would have sold. My son is also the one who told me when roblox was launching their IPO before I knew.

My favorite memory so far was watching that douche Ken Griffin stumble through his testimony in which he lied under oath to the congressional subcommittee.

There are so many memories, I've learned so much. But a highlight was the shit show of a hearing, where supposed leaders demonstrated they have the collective intelligence of a spoon.

I’m a single mom of two, battled through hardships only to come out stronger! When I found the Reddit community and now the Twitter community my faith and conviction got stronger to not only hodl my AMC shares but to hopefully change trading for good.

Where to start, this whole journey is educating so far. My favorite memory is when that one HF manager started to cry on TV and how Melvin took a sponsored post to tell people that they closed their position. Also the drone footage of Citadels employees doing lines off the desk

Seeing the farce of a 'report' from the SEC which had the audacity to state "When the ability to buy equities is taken away retail investors may lose money." How stupid they must see the general population that they don't expect us to understand in a market controlled by supply and demand, taking the ability to create demand away causes the value of an equity to plummet.

As for what I expect moving forward: GameStop’s stock price may have gotten a bit ahead of itself last month, but I’m as bullish as I’ve ever been on a potential turnaround. In short, I like the stock. And what’s stunning is that, as far as I can tell, the market remains oblivious to GameStop’s unique opportunity within the gaming industry.

The moment I knew we were participating in a completely fraudulent system. A basket of stocks were made position close only allowing SHF’s to short them while retail was effectively locked out. 1/28/21 - Never Forget.

When the buy button was removed I already had Gamestop shares. I am fairly new to investing in the stock market. My purchase at Gamestop was €250 when the buy button was suddenly gone, the share fell extremely low and my money vanished into thin air. Since, as I said, I was pretty new, I sold at a loss days later and bought a few shares again days later for €80. To this day I still hodl these shares. Thank god i only invested money that i was willing to lose so i at least gained a lot of experience after the event

Rolling out of bed to peak at the ticker. Watching it for a week climb from 16-150 was a euphoric feeling. AH it began its big run to 480. The buy button removal was a crime. We will never forget, and we won’t let them off the hook! Thankful for the community!

Definitely Citadel Securities coming out of hibernation on Twitter in September and started acting like a huge loser. That was the best signal for me that we are doing the right thing.

To teach, learn, educate.  Jan. 28, 2021 stopping of the “Buy Button” is the start of financial literacy & freedom. May knowledge carry on for future generations & lessons be remembered from the past, world over. A pivotal crossroad where knowledge & information was sought, all because we are not Cats.

When I told my wife they shut off the buy button, her response was "Well, you don't need to buy anymore, anyways.". Then I explained to her what was actually going on... She told me to buy more ASAP.

After the price dropped it felt terrible, but the sense of communion between others who had experienced the exact same thing gave comfort as me and the wife laughed at the multiple posts of "I can be buried with these stocks", "why would I ever sell at $40" etc. And it was at that moment I knew someone had made a huge mistake as I too felt that I would never sell, but instead take it as a lesson learned.

My memory from a year ago was that i was going to University abroad and need that extra cash to pay for the tuition. I had already accumulated all that I needed to go and was about to sell my profits on GME and some in AMC. But we all know how that went. I lost most of it, coudnt go to university also got covid. So i've been fighting with the community ever since and im not going anywhere. Lets squeeze them again :)

I bought 4 shares of GME at $250, after seeing DFV's post. I figured it sounded like a fun gamble to take. I liked the idea of inconveniencing hedge funds. I watched the stock go to $350, then crash to $40. I started reading more DD, and ended up averaging WAY down. I've loved reading all the DD posts, and laughing at the silly memes. It's been a fun year.

I watched the event of Jan 28, 2021 on the sideline, but I felt as if I had to be in the middle of it. Once I found out that the but-button was taken away from retail thru collusion between market makers, brokers, brokerages, & to some degree the DTCC, I took my first position in AMC & GME in the first week of February to participate in this movement that has just been birthed to fight for market fairness & transparency for all investors. I will continue to fight until we eliminate corruption from the market & get the perpetrators locked up. We are still here fighting, 1 year after the event, and the movement has gone global during that time. We HODL for one another. Power to the people!

I have watched as the collective minds of a group of nobodies has uncovered the failures and sins of the system. The last protection of an infrastructure crumbled was it's ability to hide in plain sight, for everyone to ignore the cracks. I have tried as hard I possibly could to make someone see these cracks over the last 2 decades. I have written, linked, relinked, and acquiesced to time. They say society benefits the most when the generation-present plants trees whose shade they will never feel. I feel my shade, I look upon my tree, and I am happy. We tried, at the very least, at the end of it all, we tried and we learnt.

I had never invested in an individual stock until they took the buy button away. Stocks always seemed out of reach until I learned about GME and AMC. I opened my first investing account a week later and have never looked back. 2021 was an extraordinary year. I feel like I got a degree in the inner working of the market, made a great profit and connected with so many other apes fighting for a fair footing to stand on against the MM's and Hedge funds that have cornered the markets for years. I'm proud to stand with all the others that continue to stand up and take the power back.

I comped in on the way up. I was so excited to tell my wife how much I had made. When they buy button was stolen, I panic sold for a loss. A few days later I bought back in and haven’t looked back. Not only did they steal the buy button, my money, they also stole my fear. I hope to bleed them dry.

My favorite memories over the past year has been getting to know the markets and understanding them better. The amount of folks in the community that are willing to share their knowledge and expertise is wonderful as well. I only hope for a better and more transparent market where retail traders have a chance and the playing field gets leveled.

My friends and I bought into the hype as the stonk first started to climb. We saw each of our shares double in value and decided that it was going to keep climbing, we encouraged others to buy in. Then hood did hood things. Prominent day traders like "paper hands" portnoy bailed, but we stood firm. We rallied together and sent probably 10000 🚀🚀🚀🚀 emoji
